The nose offers a fine touch of butter, Sherry, crushed kumquat / mirabelle plum and a touch of dried lime associated with a subtle touch of flowers, wood as well asa very discreet hint of peat and a subtle hint of toffee. The palate is aromatic, well-balanced and offers a fine juiciness, rocky minerality, a nice delicacy, a good definition as well as a fine fresh frame. In the mouth this Whiskey expresses notes of juicy fruit and toffee associated with fine touches of vanilla, honey, cocoa powder and an imperceptible touch of cereals. Good length and good persistence.
