Edradour – 10 Years Aged – Madeira Cask Matured – Highland, Single Malt – Scotch Whisky

The nose is aromatic, round, fat and suave. It reveals notes of dried yellow grapes, dried mirabelle plums and a touch of vanilla associated with a subtle hint of cedar, hay, Sherry as well as discreet hints of spices and Ceylon tea. The palate is aromatic, powerful, well-balanced and offers a fine fat, straightness and unctuosity. On the palate this Whisky expresses notes of candied orange, candied mandarin and mirabelle plum associated with a touch of caramel, grilled oak, tea, peat, butter, nutmeg and gray pepper. Good length and very beautiful persistence. There is a hint of caramel on the aftertaste.
