The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. The nose is airy, floral and tangy. The first nose expresses notes of fresh citrus fruits: lemon, lime juice, grapefruit juice and orange zest, green apple, crunchy white peach, combined with aromas of apple blossom, chamomile and acacia infusion. We also find light notes of fresh vanilla, toasted hazelnut (even a hint of praline), ground cumin, flower honey and fresh bread in the background. The palate offers a fragrant, floral, slightly woody and spicy attack. It expresses notes of chamomile and fresh linden, fresh wood in the background, fresh hazelnut, toasted hazelnut, associated with a juicy, tangy and fresh fruitiness (the flavors of lemon zest, lemon juice, grapefruit juice in the background, green apple, apricot and white peach). The finish is quite persistent, honeyed, slightly bitter and tangy thanks to the notes of ripe grapefruit and fresh quince in the background. A fresh and airy wine.
