The wine has a pale ruby color. The nose is aromatic and first expresses slightly roasted gourmet notes (roasted cherry, roasted bouquet garni), associated with aromas of crushed raspberry, wild strawberry, fresh red cherry, a hint of smoke, dried rose and sweet spices (ground cumin, white pepper). The palate is savoury, expressive and offers notes of juicy fruit, as well as a smoky and roasted touch on the attack. It expresses notes of fresh strawberry, fresh cherry, roasted cherry, crushed raspberry, a hint of dried raspberry in the background, as well as notes of dried rose, peony, a spicy touch (white pepper, liquorice in the background) and a herbaceous hint (dried mint). The tannins are fine and velvety. The fruity substance is fresh and airy, with a delicate bitterness on the finish and a salivating acidity.
