The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. The nose is fine, tense, with a perceptible touch of honey, a delicate fragrant floral bouquet (acacia, lily, lilac), slightly perceptible spicy touches (dried vanilla in the background, a hint of clove), as well as notes of citrus (lemon, lemon zest, grapefruit), white peach and fresh hazelnut. The palate is sapid, juicy and offers notes of juicy stone fruits on the attack (white peach, apricot, yellow nectarine, associated with a good bitterness of grapefruit and lemon zest, with flavors of green apple, juice of yellow lemon, flower honey, white flowers (acacia, lily), a hint of fresh hazelnut and wild herbs in the background. The finish is tangy, chiseled and salivating, with a good bitterness, which appears at the end of the palate. Good persistence, lots of freshness and flavors.
