The nose is mineral and fresh. It reveals notes of fresh lemon, flint and small notes of fresh quince associated with discreet hints of fresh vine peach and a very discreet hint of exotic fruits. The palate is fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers a mineral frame as well as tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh pear, fresh vine peach and small notes of fresh lemon associated with a fine touch of fresh/crunchy Mirabelle plum. Good length. A very discreet chew on the finish.
