The nose is fruity, frank, elegant and racy, it offers a lovely grain, a fine hint of graphene, relief and a little spices. It reveals notes of pulpy blackberry, pulpy/brilliant cherry and small notes of cornflower, associated with delicate hints of smoke, as well as fine, almost mandarin hints and a discreet hint of Timut pepper. The palate is well-built, fruity, fresh, brilliant and offers energy, superb freshness and minerality. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of morello cherry, pulpy cassis and small notes of small roasted-juicy fruits, combined with touches of small blue fruits/blue plum, as well as hints of star anise/licorice stick, a subtle hint of chocolate and a hint of sweet tobacco. Good length. A wine also offering toasted almond notes, lovely minerality, a certain roundness, suppleness and minerality, as well as a hint of sweet tobacco and bourbon vanilla. A hint of chocolate coats the whole.
