Echo de Lynch-Bages 2020 – Pauillac

The nose is aromatic, elegant and offers a nice flower. It reveals notes of violet, rose, small notes of blackberry associated with small touches of wild raspberry, small black currants, iris as well as a subtle hint of tea and spices. the mouth is fruity and offers juiciness, freshness, a good definition, a certain gourmandize, a flowery side, gourmandize, roundness and fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/bright cassis, cherry, small notes of iris, violet associated with touches of saffron, small pulpy/fresh red fruits as well as fine hints of gravel, toasted, chocolate and a discreet hint of toasted/sweet spices. the tannins are massive, present, structuring and very finely mellow.
