The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, freshness, fullness, a beautiful finesse of the grain, delicacy, a fine acidulous frame, elegance, a beautiful racy minerality, a small aerial side in the approach/balance as well as a small spheric and melodious side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, pulpy apricot, small notes of crushed Mirabelle associated with touches of crushed brugnon, fresh/pulpy apple as well as hints of quenette, peach flowers, a racy minerality, verbena and a subtle hint of sense of the place (local biotope).
