(bottled in 2016) The nose is fruity, powerful, intense and fine. It reveals notes of blueberry cream, cassis and slight notes of griotte, plum associated with a hint of crushed red fruits as well as slight hints of chocolate, sweet spices, licorice stick, spices and a very discreet hint of nutmeg. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, slightly tight and offers a slight fat, power, a good structure, softness as well as finesse. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blueberry cream, plum and slight notes of fresh small red berries associated with a hint of cassis jam, sweet spices, licorice, chocolate as well as a subtle hint of tobacco (in the background). Good length and persistence. There is a hint of dry fruits/almond on the persistence.
