(83% Sauvignon Blanc, 17% Semillon) The nose is fruity and elegant. It reveal notes of lemon combined with slight notes of kiwi, mandarin, exotic fruits (papaya …) as well as slight notes of flowers. The palate is fat, mineral, precise, well defined and offers a nice creaminess and a fine/elegant acid frame (including notes of lemon zest). In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy nectarine and lemon zest (in frame) associated with slight notes of white fruit (in the background) and a few notes of citrus as well as very fine notes of pineapple and minerality. Good length and persistence in the mouth.
