The nose is fruity, racy, elegant and offers a very slight intensity as well as a slight freshness. It reveals notes of blackberry, ripe strawberry and small notes of raspberry associated with small / slight touches of black cherry, violet, licorice, sweet spices as well as an imperceptible touch of pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, very slightly tight and offers a good definition, a beautiful suavity, a slight juiciness, elegance as well as finesse. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, juicy cassis, juicy raspberry and small notes of crunchy Gariguette strawberry combined with a hint of blueberry, licorice and sweet spices. Tannins are fine and slightly mellow. Good length. There are discreet toasted hints as well as a very discreet hint of hazelnut, almond and caramelization on the persistence / aftertaste (brings gourmandise).
