The nose is fruity and offers a small richness, a fine grain and a small intensity. It reveals notes of crushed redcurrant, pulpy strawberry and small notes of blueberry associated with small touches of blue plum, zan, sweet spices, a discreet hint of vanilla and pepper. The palate is fruity and offers an acid frame, minerality, tension and energy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of acidulous redcurrant/ red berries, crispy/juicy cherry and small notes of blackberry combined with touches of violet, rose, liquorice and racy minerality as well as fine hints of toasted almond, a discreet hint of chocolate. Good length. Tannins are well-built.
