It reveals notes of fleshy cassis, bright violet plum, bright cherry associated with touches of strawberry, cherry blossom, small pulpy/crushed red berries, lily as well as hints of liquorice, fine hints of racy minerality, sweet spices and a very discreet hint of sugared mild tobacco. The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers a small fat, suppleness, roundness as well as freshness and dynamism. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright cherry, crushed cassis, small notes of fleshy blackberry associated with touches of violet, fleshy/crushed small black berries, camphor as well as small hints of graphite, toasted/caramelized wood, a very fine sapid/iodine hint (in the background) and a discreet hint of hazelnut (in the background). Good length. Tannins are precise.
