The nose is beautifully intense and offers fruit, finesse in its power, a certain complexity and delicacy and brilliance. It expresses notes of small black berries, dried plum and small notes of black pepper associated with touches of liquorice stick, tobacco as well as a hint of fig and smoke. The palate is fruity and offers minerality, freshness and a nice energy / electricity, a spherical side, concentration, verticality and a nice guideline. It expresses notes of dense red plum, concentrated small black fruits and small notes of small roasted-juicy red forest fruits associated with touches of balsamic, chocolate, aromatic herbs, coffee as well as a hint of infusion and fresh rosemary. Nice imprint of the terroir / sense of place on the finish / persistence. A fine, precise wine, with a certain silkiness and richness at the same time.
