Duca du Salaparuta – Kados 2020 – Sicilia IGT

The nose is fresh, aromatic and offers a certain complexity and precision. It reveals notes of lemon, sage and small notes of crunchy peach associated with touches of passion fruit, a hint of crunchy peach, almond and a subtle hint of grove (in the background). The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, an acid frame, a certain gourmandize, a good definition, minerality. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of grapefruit, zest and small notes of quenette associated with touches of apple, fresh almond, fresh/pulpy small fruits as well as hints of sage, verbena, a subtle hint of lemon blossom and grove. Good length. A beautiful, sapid and acidulous persistence.
