Duca di Salaparuta – Sentiero del Vento 2021 – Terre Siciliane IGT

The nose is floral and offers a fine concentration. There are notes of lily of the valley, lemon blossom and, more slightly, ripe/sweet citrus fruits, combined with delicate touches of gunflint and discreet hints of passion fruit. The palate is fruity, balanced and reveals minerality, freshness, good definition, juiciness, fresh acidity, tension and a strong floral character. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of fresh lychee, crisp apple and, more lightly, pulpy white fruits, combined with touches of rose, concentrated white flowers, as well as fine notes of passion fruit and a subtle hint of fresh carambola (in the background).
