The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, an acidulous frame as well as a small and slightly tight richness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of crushed cherry, cherry blossoms and small notes of fresh flowers associated with touches of blackberry, liquorice and slight hints of sage. A slight bitterness on the finish/persistence.
