The palate is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, an acid frame, juiciness, a good definition as well as a certain gourmandize. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/creamy cherry, raspberry and small notes of cassis associated with small touches of blackberry as well as slight hints of cornflowers, liquorice and a subtle hint of oleander.
