The wine has a pale salmon pink color. The first nose is very slightly mineral, with a floral dominance (rose, peony, apple blossom). On the second nose, we find notes of red apple, vine peach, red pear and yellow plum (even a touch of mirabelle plum), as well as a tangy and bitter hint of grapefruit and almond, and a minerality pronounced iodine. The palate is expressive, aromatic, and gourmand. It expresses notes of crushed plum, iodized minerality, bitter orange, fresh quince, dried orange, dried strawberry, blood orange and vine peach. The wine also has structure and density on the palate, thanks to a tannic touch on the finish, an oily structure and good almond bitterness. On the persistence, we also find a spicy touch of nutmeg, as well as a floral (violet, dried rose) and herbaceous notes (dried Mediterranean herbs, dried tea). A rosé with character and structure.
