The nose is very intensely floral with notes of elderflower, and a touch of geranium, rose, and tulip. The palate is dry, quite light, and aerial, with good intensity of floral flavours, a touch of white apple and yellow pear, with a delicate minerality in the background. Simple and refreshing.
