The wine has a lemon yellow color of medium intensity. The first nose expresses notes of fleshy stone fruits (yellow peach, white nectarine), crunchy yellow apple, fresh pineapple and a tangy touch of citrus (candied lemon peel, orange zest, lemon juice). After aeration, we find a lactic hint (lemon yogurt, butter) and slightly vanilla, as well as floral notes of acacia and apple blossom. The palate is gourmand, with a sapid and expressive attack. It first offers notes of thyme honey, a bitter hint of candied grapefruit and infused linden, as well as orange zest, candied lemon peel, fresh apricot, yellow peach and yellow apple. In the mid-palate, we find slightly sweet floral notes of apple blossom, honeysuckle, orange blossom. The finish is gourmand and quite persistent: we find notes of ripe apricot, yellow apple, honey and a pleasant bitterness of grapefruit and chestnut honey. Beautiful fresh and fleshy fruity substance, balanced by a tangy structure and good bitterness.
