The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. The nose offers a beautiful freshness of citrus fruits and the gourmandise of stone fruits. It expresses the aromas of lemon zest, ripe lemon, grapefruit, yellow peach and apricot, combined with a touch of vanilla, fresh butter in the background, acacia and toasted hazelnut in the background. After aeration, we also find a tangy touch of green apple and a herbaceous hint of kaffir leaves. The palate offers precision, a chiseled citrus freshness and a good bitterness on the attack (grapefruit, lime, lemon, lemon zest). Then, we find the flavors of tangy apricot, white peach, green apple, as well as acacia, a spicy hint of vanilla and cloves in the background, combined with a gourmet touch of toasted hazelnut, butter and of yogurt. The finish is persistent and fruity, with a tangy touch of lemon and green apple, as well as a delicate bitterness.
