The nose is fruity, elegant and offers a good definition, precision, gourmandize, a fine grain as well as a very fine richness. It reveals notes of fleshy blackberry and fleshy/crushed strawberry associated with fine touches of local flowers, nutmeg and chocolate. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a mineral frame, a good definition, a fine juiciness, tension as well as a good guideline/redline. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy cassis, juicy/fleshy black cherry and small notes of wild raspberry associated with fine touches of toasted, chocolate as well as very discreet hints of dark olive and terroir. Tannins are well-built. Good length.
