Donnafugata – Lighea 2021 – Sicilia DOC

The nose is aromatic, racy and offers elegance, harmony and precision. There are notes of quenette, passion fruit and, more slightly, sweet pink grapefruit combined with delicate touches of white flowers and a discreet hint of sweet mandarin. The palate is fruity, balanced, racy and reveals minerality, juiciness, acidity, good definition, tension, freshness, precision and deliciousness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of sweet/sparkling pink grapefruit, lychee small notes of quenette, passion fruit combined with fine touches of sweet lemon peel and fine smoky/flinty overtones. Good length.
