The nose is fruity and relatively fine. It reveals notes of blackberry, wild berries and discreet notes of blackcurrant associated with fine notes of mocha, dark chocolate, liquorice as well as a discreet note of truffle, garrigue and cherry. The palate is fruity, mineral, racy, relatively fat and offers suavity and a certain harmony. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed strawberry, blackberry and fine notes of plum associated with discreet notes of cassis, truffles, oak and a hint of mocha. Tannins are fine and slightly firm. There is a small hint of saline minerality on the finish and a hint of raspberry balsamic on the aftertaste.
