The nose is relatively fruity as well as relatively powerful. It reveals notes of black cherry and plum associated with slight notes of spices, flowers as well as a discreet hint of nutmeg. The palate is fruity, mineral, silky, gourmand, relatively fine and offers a beautiful juiciness, fat, suavity as well as a slight acid frame. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of cherry, black cherry and plum associated with hints of fleshy strawberry as well as discreet hint of zan, toasted oak, sweet spices and slight hints of vanilla. Tannins are well-built and very slightly dusty. Good length. The finish is quite powerful.
