The nose is powerful, intense and medicinal with notes of oyster sea shells, iodine, a touch of salty butter and oil tar. The palate is saline with round, suave acidity and pleasant creaminess. The wine shows delicate nuances of citrus and yellow orchard fruits which do not overpower the overall mineral, salty character with nuances of savoury herbs like sage and dill, a touch of pitch and cardamom. The finish is refreshing and mouth-watering. A unique style of wine!
