The nose is a bit closed and tight, revealing nuances yellow apples, white flowers, pollen, vanilla and a touch of lemon zest. The palate is saline and slightly bitter, very dense and tense. It shows nuances of ripe tropical fruits (pineapples, mangos), citrus (grapefruits, lemons, pomelos), a lot of stony minerality and a touch of dried herbs. The acidity is moderate and the body is creamy and round. The finish is lingering with a citrus zest and dried herbs.
