The palate is fruity, elegant, aerial, nicely balanced and offers an acid frame and a beautiful structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of lemon quince, candied clementine and fine notes of pineapple in syrup associated with a hint of peach as well as slight notes of apricot, honey, gingerbread and a discreet hint of brioche. Good length.
