It reveals notes of blackberry, slightly crushed cassis, small notes of violet associated with small touches of crushed/finely candied strawberry, violet as well as hints of crushed fruits, very fine hints of cornflower, grilled and cocoa. The palate is fruity, juicy, mineral, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, tension, a beautiful maturity of the fruit (brings freshness despite juiciness). On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy cassis, juicy/fleshy blackberry, small notes of slightly candied strawberry associated with touches of small red berries, pulpy cherry as well as hints of chocolate, toasted and a subtle hint of vanilla/toasted hazelnut. Good length. Tannins are elegant and well-built. Very fine hints of graphite and toasted hazelnut on the persistence.
