The nose is fruity and offers power, concentration as well as a fine grain. It reveals notes of blackberry, gray pepper and small notes of ripe wild strawberry associated with a touch of liquorice stick. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, juiciness, gourmandize, freshness, a very finely tight grain, a finely acidulous frame, minerality as well as a fine unctuosity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy/juicy strawberry and small notes of juicy/fleshyraspberry associated with small touches of cherry as well as hints of liquorice and toasted.
