(Organic) The wine shows a bright, vivid yellow golden colour. The nose is exuberantly rich and opulent, revealing nuances of ripe pineapples, mango, a touch of lychee and a hint of ripe gooseberry in the echo, complicated by notes of cinnamon and a touch of ginger. On the palate the oak becomes more evident, showing through the notes of cloves, nutmeg and cedar wood and a particular bitter touch. The wine is juicy and luscious with a good balance between the opulence of the texture and acidity supported by the bitterness. It lingers long and leaves a succulent, saline and woody aftertaste.
