Domaine Vapillon – Crémant du Jura Brut-12%

The crémant has a beautiful pale straw yellow color with a very present effervescence. The first nose is fresh with notes of dried fruits such as apricot and almond. We also perceive a discreet orange zest side. With time, the nose opens up better with notes of plum. The mouth is fresh with a dynamic bubble. We have notes of undergrowth as well as plum. We perceive almond but also a hint of walnut. Freshness is a common thread, almost minty, until the finish. There is a vegetal hint on the palate. The tasting ends with a discreet finish with a slight bitterness on the almond.
