It reveals notes of creamy cassis, pulpy/ripe wild blackberry, small notes of pulpy black cherry associated with touches of crushed redcurrant, strawberry flowers as well as fine hints of caramelization, toasted and discreet hints of vanilla. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy and offers an acidulous frame, a good definition as well as gourmandize, a beautiful finesse of the grain and a beautiful purity of the fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of creamy blackberry, raspberry, small notes of pulpy/juicy red cherry associated with touches of crushed cassis as well as fine hints of strawberry flowers, liquorice, toasted and a very discreet hint of chocolate (in the background). Tannins are elegant, racy and well-built.
