The wine has a pale, bright peach color. The initial nose is aromatic with notes of grapefruit, lemon blossom, and lemon zest. There is a hint of passion fruit. The second nose opens with more intensity and still has that very exotic, citrusy bouquet. The palate is fresh, with fruit notes such as juicy yellow peach, but also grapefruit, ripe, pulpy lemon, and subtle hints of lemon blossom. The finish is supple with a salivating saline touch. There is a slight fresh minerality and a finish with a touch of apricot.
