The wine has a pale lemon yellow color, with green reflections. The nose offers precision, accuracy and tanginess of citrus and green fruits. It expresses the aromas of lemon, lime, grapefruit juice, green apple and Reine Claude plum. After aeration, the nose also expresses a mineral framework of limestone (even iodized), notes of fresh almond, fresh hazelnut and white flowers (elderberry, acacia), as well as a herbaceous hint (cut grass in the background) and a milky touch of cream. The palate is tight, chiseled and tangy, with lots of energy and lively citrus notes on attack (lime, yellow lemon, grapefruit). In the mid-palate, the wine is also straight and lively: we find notes of green apple and green plum, as well as a fine floral bouquet (elderflower, acacia, apple blossom). The finish is tangy and salivating, with citrus freshness, good lime acidity and a mineral hint of limestone.
