Domaine Truchetet La Montagne 2022 – Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Nuits

The wine has a pale and bright ruby color. The nose first expresses tangy and juicy fruits (red cherry, cranberries, fresh raspberry, dried raspberry, tangy strawberry and blackcurrant). We also find a fragrant and airy floral bouquet (rose, peony), as well as a touch of licorice and blackcurrant bud in the background, complemented by a hint of toast. The touch is tangy, fruity and airy. On the attack, we find the flavors of cranberries and wild small cherry with a good bitterness, tangy red cherry, as well as raspberry and crunchy strawberry, accompanied by scents of rose and peony, a toasted and herbaceous touch of rose stem. Tannins are fine and well structured, quite firm. The finish is sapid, fruity and quite persistent, with a beautiful salivating acidity.
