The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, freshness, a bright / pulpy fruit, a bautiful juiciness, a small concentration, a certain purity, a fine complexity, a nice silkiness as well as a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright cherry, pulpy / juicy Boysen blackberry and small notes of cloves associated with touches of nutmeg, Cuben pepper, rose, cherry blossoms as well as small hints of camphor, spices and a very discreet hint of laurel berries. Tannins are silky.
