The nose is elegant, aromatic, incisive and offers a racy minerality, a small intensity and a beautiful finesse of the grain. It reveals notes of quince, lemon zests, small notes of racy minerality/flint associated with discreet hints of pepper. The palate is fresh, fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy frame, a good definition, gourmandize as well as tension and deepness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy vine peach associated with fine touches of flint, fine hints of vanilla, toasted and very fine woody hints. A persistence on very discreet hints of almond, lemon and a subtle hint of pineapple. Good length.
