The nose is smoky, toasted, intense. We have notes of bacon and black fruits like crunchy blackberry. The palate is fresh, still smoky with a slight darkness. There is a nice balance between salivation and red and black fruits as well as full tannins. There is a good texture with toast, a nice complexity. The finish is long on vanilla and juicy cherry.
