The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. The nose offers concentration, a fragrant floral bouquet (linden, chamomile, acacia) and notes of linden honey and wax. The second nose expresses aromas of white peach, apricot, ripe lemon, candied lemon peel, as well as grapefruit and a touch of fresh bread. The palate is savoury, with an expressive and gourmand attack. We find notes of honey, lime jam, candied lemon peel, fresh lemon, as well as young peach and apricot. In the mid-palate, the wine expresses a slight toasted hint (toasted hazelnut), a touch of wax, dried lime blossom, chamomile and fresh bread. The finish is tangy and fresh, with lively acidity and a delicate bitterness of grapefruit. Good persistence with notes of honey.
