The nose is fresh and mineral. It reveals notes of flint, lemon zest and candied lemon associated with fine notes of honey as well as discreet notes of quince jam. The palate is fruity, fine, straight and offers tension, a good volume as well as a nice acid frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of lemon, yuzu and fine touches of clementine associated with slight notes of candied yellow fruits, honey, flint as well as touches of apricot in syrup. Good length.
