The wine has a pale ruby ​​color. The nose is tasty, roasted and slightly smoky. It expresses notes of ripe morello cherry, roasted red cherry, wild strawberry, crushed raspberry, dried cherry and blackcurrant, combined with spicy aromas (liquorice, a hint of cardamom, clove), a toasted hint (toasted hazelnut) and herbaceous (fresh tobacco, dried mint). The palate offers a beautiful juiciness, a tangy side of the fruit, combined with a good bitterness. It expresses notes of tart red cherry, morello cherry, bird cherry, raspberry, tangy strawberry and blackcurrant, combined with a slightly bitter toasted hint (toasted hazelnut, coffee), notes of sweet spices (licorice, clove), as well as a hint of smoke, roasted cherry and tobacco in the background. The tannins are melted and silky. Good persistence with a pleasant acidity.
