The palate is fruity, fresh, beautifully defined, beautifully balanced, elegant and offers a fine acidulous frame, minerality, a beautiful structure, a beautiful suavity, juiciness as well as roundness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy cherry, fleshy wild raspberry and small notes of juicy blackberry associated with small touches of juicy Quetsche plum as well as discreet hints of chocolate, toasted and very discreet hints of nutmeg (in the background). Tannins are elegant.
