The nose is fruity, fresh, elegant and offers a beautiful definition/texture and a nice finesse of the grain. It reveals notes of pulpy blackberry, fleshy/fresh strawberry and small notes of fresh/juicy purple plum associated with small touches of flowers, sweet spices as well as a hint of saffron and pepper. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, an acidulous frame, delicacy, a beautiful definition, pulpiness, a small unctuosity, energy, a beautiful pulpy/acidulous fruit, a good volume and aromatic purity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright cherry, raspberry and small notes of crushed red currant associated with small touches of pulpy/juicy Quetsche plum, violet, fine hints of chocolate, toasted almond as well as a subtle hint of sweet spices and a discreet hint of tea. Good length. A beautiful sapidity on the finish. Tannins are fine, elegant and suave.
