The nose is fruity and offers a small concentration, a certain deepness and a very discreetly tight grain. It reveals notes of bright black cherry, juicy/fresh black plum and small notes of violet associated with touches of raspberry, rose as well as hints of black licorice, discreet hints of camphor, racy minerality, a subtle hint of black pepper. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, minerality, a mineral frame, acidity, brightness, velvety side as well as a nice fine grain and gourmandize. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright cherry, black blackberry and small notes of juicy/fresh cassis associated with touches of raspberry, lily, nutmeg, a discreet hint of racy minerality, toast, black pepper and of dark chocolate. Tannins are precise, fine and well developed. Good length.
