Domaine St Vincent 2022 – Côtes du Rhône Villages

The wine has a medium intensity ruby ​​colour. The nose offers pure fruit, juiciness and some concentration. It expresses notes of crushed strawberry, ripe red cherry, cassis, tart black plum and blackberry, combined with a delicate touch of peppermint, licorice, white pepper and smoke, as well as a subtle floral aroma of violet in the background. The palate is fruity, juicy, fresh, tangy and straight. It expresses the tangy flavours of red cherry, raspberry, black plum, cassis and blackberry, combined with a hint of tart strawberry, a tangy touch of cassis leaf and peppermint. The tannins are fine, but tight and grippy. The finish is sharp, with lively acidity and good bitterness.
