The wine has a beautiful, bright straw color. The first nose is intense and fruity, with notes of ripe lemon, white peach, and a hint of salted butter. There is a rich, round, and buttery side. The second nose opens with more intensity, with notes of green fruits like plum and mirabelle plum. There are also floral touches of honeysuckle and yellow jasmine. The palate is fresh, fruity, intense, and delicate at the same time. There is a little dynamism on the attack. There is a nice acidity with a mineral salinity. There are fruits like yellow lemon and its juice, white peach, and always this buttery side. At the end of the tasting, the finish is long, saline, floral, and buttery, with a hint of bitterness on the green plum.
