The wine has a beautiful, bright pale gold color. The nose is fresh with notes of fresh hazelnut, roasted lemon, and aromatic herbs. There is a hint of butter. The second nose opens with more intensity on notes of white fig, white pepper, juicy peach, and fresh licorice stick. There is a certain racy minerality in the freshness. The palate is fresh, tangy from the start with a hint of very ripe lemon, almost orange with touches of butter and baked apple. There is a certain directness, an austerity in the aromas. The finish is long, gastronomic, with a hint of banana and lovely bitters on the licorice.
